Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of this website and TopTeck Review by business users. A separate signed order or service agreement governs any purchased service, including its price, service commitments and any terms that conflict with these website terms.
Accounts and authority
You must use an account you are authorised to use and keep its access secure. If you connect a Google Business Profile, you confirm that you have authority to manage that account and its locations for the relevant business. You are responsible for assigning access to your operators and for the content they approve for publication.
Google connection and reviews
With your consent, TopTeck uses the Google business.manage permission to read eligible account, location and review information and to publish a response when an authorised operator requests it. You may revoke access in your Google Account; revocation stops future synchronisation and reply publishing. Google services are subject to Google's own terms and availability. We cannot promise that every review is available immediately or that a customer will submit a review after following a link.
AI suggestions and publication
AI reply suggestions are drafts. An authorised operator must check accuracy, tone, privacy, platform rules and legal suitability before publishing. TopTeck does not automatically publish an AI draft. You remain responsible for the replies published for your business.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use the service to access another business without permission, mislead customers, manipulate reviews, infringe others' rights or interfere with the service. You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content to provide and secure the service. TopTeck and its licensors retain rights in the software, website and branding.
Availability, termination and law
We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law, and may update these terms by posting a revised version. We do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Subject to mandatory law and any separate agreement, these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
